Romstar Electric Inc. was started by Stefan Cioloca in 2002. He is a Master Electrician with over 20 years of experience. He started out working for his own electrical contracting business 18 year’s ago. He enjoy trouble shooting complex electrical problems and take a lot of pride in doing his job correctly.
